VinFast returns to the Paris Motor Show 2022 with a 100% electric strategy

VinFast has announced its return to the 2022 Paris Motor Show with a new position as Vietnam’s first and only smart electric vehicle manufacturer.

Four years after its presence at the 2018 Paris Motor Show, VinFast has announced its return to the 2022 edition which will take place from October 17 to 23 in Paris, with a new position as the first and only manufacturer of intelligent electric vehicles in the world. Vietnam.

For the first time, VinFast will officially present its range of premium electric vehicles covering the B to E segment on the French market. These are four models VF 6, VF 7, VF 8 and VF 9.

In particular, the VF 6 and VF 7, belonging respectively to segment B and segment C, are two models designed jointly by VinFast and Torino Design. The VF 8 and VF 9 models designed by Pininfarina are the first two electric SUV models to be launched on the world market.

VinFast’s four all-electric models will come with a 10-year warranty, one of the best warranty policies on the market.

In addition to electric passenger vehicles, in just 4 years, VinFast has developed a complete electrified mobility ecosystem covering sustainable energy solutions, electric buses, electric scooters and cars.

The current range of electric cars has five models, namely VF 5, VF 6, VF 7, VF 8, VF 9 covering segments A to E.

The first 100 VF 8s were recently delivered to VinFast customers in Vietnam. About 5,000 VF 8s are expected to be delivered to customers in international markets later this year.
